Farad Bell
Retired Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Farad Bell
Based in Simi Valley, California, Dr. Farad Bell previously spent several decades as an oral maxillofacial surgeon and dentist. From 1994 to 2014, he owned Seattle Smileworks, originally called Farad G. Bell DDS, in Seattle, Washington, where he performed a range of surgical and dental procedures on trauma patients. For five years, he was voted Most Popular Seattle Surgeon on doctor-oogle.com, an online dentist review and rating site.
Before that, Dr. Bell served as an oral trauma dentist at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles. He also spent 14 years as a surgeon in the emergency department at Harbor View Hospital, operating on patients with severe head and neck trauma.
A member of the American Dental Association and the American Medical Association, Dr. Bell enjoys playing music in his free time. Particularly adept at stringed instruments such as electric and acoustic guitars, mandolin, and ukulele, he also plays keyboard and synthesizer. He has recorded two music CDs.
